Types of Forensic Evaluations Performed

Over decades of practice of clinical and forensic psychiatry, Dr. Fliesser has done many different types of evaluations in psychiatry and the law.  These include:

Criminal Matters:

• competence to stand trial
• criminal responsibility (i.e., sanity evaluations)
• capacity to serve criminal sentences
• presentencing psychiatric evaluations
